Cart is capable of positioning up to a 300# tool/load to various heights and angles.. Unit has 14" of vertical lift. The tool/load can be tilted up or down 15 degree from the level position. The tool/load can be rotated 360 degrees using controlled friction trunion bearing. Multiple controls station are stategically placed for the end user(s) to have completed control no matter thier position to the cart
